By purchasing a commission from me (116) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:.
You (the customer/commissioner):1. You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.2. You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with FULL credits3. You may print it for personal uses only.4. You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, etc.)5. You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.6. You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)..
I EL116 (as the artist):1. Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.2. Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.3. Charge for more/less amount of money depending on the complexity of your piece4. I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.5. •Commissions will be worked in order of bookings: first the ones who came first!!
•after starting a commission it's gonna take 2 to 30 days
•Communication and transparency are essential during the whole commissioning process. I really do care about you being satisfied with what you’re paying for.

1. Text me on Twitter/Istagram or Discord saying the type of commission you are ineterested in, showing me any reference you might have about the job.
2. We will discuss about the price and the details about your commission and to confirm your slot . I'll ask you the full/50% of the payment.
3. I will show you the pose-sketch to confirm how to place the character/ characters of the commission and you are free to discard three pose-sketches before i charge 2.5€ for any new sketch.
4. Depending on the commission and your needs the work will be completed, and before sending the full quality version of the graphic on email, I will ask for the eventual remaining payment to be checked.COMMISSIONs UPDATES
